Gamble pays off big-time for bingo, casino lovers

The big business of gaming is only getting bigger, with SCA Promotions making exciting high-dollar prizes available for bingo and casino fans. At the Creek Bingo Palace in Atmore, Ala., two lucky bingo winners captured a $100,000 grand prize paid out by SCA. Splitting the grand prize on May 6 were Bobbie Fairwell of Columbus, Ga., and Carolyn Simpson of Repton, Ala. Creek Bingo Palace partnered with SCA and California Concepts to offer the large prize on its “Pick 8” game, which brought in a bunch of bingo players excited at the prospect of winning $100,000. The “Pick 8” game is one designed by California Concepts to help bingo halls attract more players.

The Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino is attracting new members with its Treasures of Venice promotion. For a chance at the $1,000,000 prize, players at The Venetian receive entries based on their table game and slot play. These entries go into a drawing, and from there, one lucky winner gets a chance to open treasure chests worth cash prizes up to $1,000,000. The drawing takes place every day.

For the promotion, the casino has created 14 large padlocked treasure chests, each filled with increasing levels of cash. Players try to unlock the chests with their chosen keys. If they win a prize, they can take their winnings home or risk part of the cash for the chance to move to the next stage. Prizes range from $100 -$1 million, with SCA covering the $250,000 prizes and up.

The odds were in the favor of two lucky winners in Jackson Rancheria, Ca. thanks to SCA and California Concepts once again. Grove Suk Chang of Manteca, Ca., took home $50,000 after a big Bingo Bonanza win with a Coverall in 48. Barbara Mae Correia of Pioneer, Ca. also stuck it rich — $100,000 richer in fact — after her lucky draw in the “Pick 8” game.
