 Roseville, CA - Looking to generate awareness and traffic to the newly released Woodbury Glen at Foskett Ranch neighborhood, Standard Pacific Homes invited prospective home buyers for a fun day in the sun. On Saturday, June 9, prospective home buyers enjoyed a beach BBQ, Homebuying Fair, boat show, and the chance to win a new 190 Four Winns Ski Boat!
At the Fair, people toured stunning model homes and boats, and met Loan Specialists, professionally certified Design Consultants, and Preferred Realtors. Everyone in attendance received an entry into a "High Fives Money Bags" game to play for a new ski boat!
"We chose this promotion because we knew it would gain a lot of attention," said a representative for Standard Pacific Homes. "It's very different from what our competitors are doing and we knew the chance to win a new ski boat would encourage  buyers to stick around until the 2:30 drawing."
In the High Fives game, Ravinder Sahi from Roseville was selected to play for one of four great prizes — a 2007 190 Four Winns Ski Boat, $5,000, $1,000, or a new Wakeboard. Sahi began opening one prize envelope at a time (from a group of 20) until she had matched five of the same prize. The crowd's excitement grew as she opened the envelopes to reveal a match of the third level prize — a new Wakeboard!
"The day was perfect," said the representative. "Everyone was so excited. We had a crowd of people in the parking lot and at the end of the day, we had already made three sales and set three additional reservations."
