WINTER 2007

Bar Triples Sales with SCA's Dice Roll Promotion

O'Really's Irish Pub in Grand Forks, North Dakota tripled sales with SCA Promotions' dice roll game! The pub partnered with local station KYCK to host "Two Wheel Tuesday," which challenged patrons to roll the dice to win their choice of a new Harley or $15,000.

"We wanted to attract customers to build happy hour," said a station representative. KYCK ran commercials each Saturday through Tuesday promoting the event, inviting listeners to stop by O'Really's each Tuesday night.

Every person who stopped by the bar received a double-roll ticket. Additional tickets could be earned for drink purchases. Every 15 minutes, 5 tickets were drawn to roll the dice and try to spell
H-A-R-L-E-Y for the cash or motorcycle.
Even if H-A-R-L-E-Y did not come up, patrons still had plenty of chances to win other prizes. Rolling O'Really's logos could earn them free drinks or NASCAR Miller Lite jackets.

The promotion was a huge hit with patrons! "The pub more than tripled their sales on the nights of the promotion. Our little downtown pub is having weekend volumes on Tuesdays!" said a representative. The promotion was so successful that immediately after it ended, they contacted SCA to keep the promotion running.
