Trade Show Organizer Encouraged Traffic to Exhibitor Booths with a Chance to Win

Reno, NV - At the 62nd annual National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) Forum and Expo, organizers were looking for a way to draw attendees to participating exhibitor’s booths and give them the chance to win $10,000 cash. 

Because the expo was in Reno, SCA’s Vegas-style promotional slot machine, the JackPot™, was a perfect fit. After each spin, a custom coupon printed, inviting attendees to claim their prize at an exhibitor’s booth. If the reels landed on three 7’s, the attendee won the grand prize, paid by SCA. 

The promotion was well received by attendees and exhibitors alike. “We had three exhibitor areas. Because the machine was portable, we were able to move it around the exhibit hall to draw attention to each area,” said a representative. “There was almost always a constant line at the JackPot Machine. The promotion was such a great success that we are looking forward to using it again at upcoming events.”
