Legal Administration
SCA will: Consult on the development and implementation of the promotion and provide recommendations concerning the operation of the promotion (based on federal and state laws). Review all text, layouts, advertising, and mechanics to ensure that the sweepstakes is in compliance with federal and state laws. Draft and/or review the official rules, which will govern the sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Administration

SCA handles all details of prize fulfillment and/or prize procurement, including inventory count, merge and complete shipping list, print shipping labels, etc.
Full Service Bond & Registration
SCA will: File surety bonds in Florida and New York and register your promotion in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Certify and submit Winner's List for the promotion with the states of Florida & New York as required by law, and obtain release of the surety bonds from these states at conclusion of promotion.
