Legal Administration

- Consult on the development and implementation of the promotion and provide recommendations concerning the operation of the promotion (based on federal and state laws).
- Review all text, layouts, advertising, and mechanics to ensure that the sweepstakes is in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Draft and/or review the official rules, which will govern the sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Administration

- SCA handles all details of prize fulfillment and/or prize procurement, including inventory count, merge and complete shipping list, print shipping labels, etc.
Full Service Bond & Registration
SCA will
- File surety bonds in Florida and New York and register your promotion in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.
- Certify and submit Winner's List for the promotion with the states of Florida & New York as required by law and obtain release of the surety bonds from these states at conclusion of promotion.
